Its dirty the lines needs to be cleaned out. Blow some air through the lines... clean the orifice tube with a Q-tip
@Rpg39_11 күн бұрын
I’ve never had a issue with these heaters. Yours is probably dirty and needs cleaning. Take it apart and purge your lines with compressed air. If you hooked it up to a big tank or used refilled canisters you might have oil in it. Filters prevent this.

Wrong no filter is needed or even can be used with 1lb cylinders. It's possible it may have gotten oil in it if he previously used a hose and bulk propane but you can see it has a 1lb cylinder in the unit. Right side green canister.

I have a video of my same heater brand new out of the box caught fire. I wish I could post the video to your comments. Mr. Buddy was good they sent me a new one which kept going out but the propane would keep running. After that I just asked for money back which I was able to get.
@EvanXRS3 жыл бұрын
I got replacement parts but it never worked the same. The ceramic face would not stay pinned and just ended up buying a whole new one cause I was done with the issues. New one has worked fine for 2 seasons so far.

What happened when you contacted the manufacturer?

I contacted yakattack who then how worked with Norqua. They got back to me pretty quick and sent me a brand new charger and that fixed the problem. I guess the charger I had was a dud.

I'm having issues with mine too. I can't get it to charge the battery. I plug it in and it turns green immediately which should indicate that the battery is fully charged. But, I know it's not since I just used it for 9 hours on the water. I plug the battery back up to the depth finder and it starts to power up and then shuts down. I'm going to contact Nocqua and see what they say.
@andrewmoe11924 жыл бұрын
So what happened when you spoke to Nocqua? I just ordered this battery so now im nervous
@Stellicopter5 жыл бұрын
I was skeptical of the same issues, but Nocqua's website states that the 10ah battery will take 9-10 hours to charge.
@EvanXRS5 жыл бұрын
Should not take that long. Never had to charge mine for more than 2.5 hours to full charge after a full day of use.

Hi. I had the manufacture send me a new charger and it works fine now.

I believe this is what I'm going to have to do, have them send me a new digital charger. Mine is having this issue also.
@EvanXRS5 жыл бұрын
@@bigrexj4078 I went directly through Yakattack, which is who I purchased the battery through. I reached out to them initially via Facebook and got a very quick response. They helped coordinate getting me a new charger for the unit. Took a while but between the time I reached out to them and received the charger it was about 12 days. New charger has worked great since. It charges the battery pretty quick. Usually only needs to charge for approx. 2 hours and thats after a whole day of use on a Garmin 75SV (Sonar, Charts, down imaging and side scan). I also run it on 89 to 90% brightness. Happy with the batteries performance, just likely got a defective charger. They are so mass produced this cannot be uncommon for all types of batteries. Good luck. Post your experience here.
