Americans say "By the grace of God" too. Mostly if they are really religious (Christian). "Knock on wood' is a superstitious expression and most non-Christians use that phrase.

How did you find the level of care in Grenada leading up to the birth and during the birth?
@bubusboulevardtv6 ай бұрын
I must say, I was impressed judging it’s a small island; they took care of me very well. They were so detailed. Ante natal visits were robust with information about the growth of the foetus and mother. During birth, the process of settling in and giving birth via Vag or CS was really impressive. Their post natal care is the same.

Secret Harbour is owned by George Cohen the same man that owns Calivigny Island and the prices are as far apart as night and day. Nice Island, self maintained they grow their own food but way ways too expensive

Interesting. I didn’t know the owner. Thanks for the information.☺️

Well I'm traveling on Sunday with my family which includes my hubby and our little one which is four and I was looking for places for us to eat and enjoy for an affordable price. So thank you
@bubusboulevardtv8 ай бұрын
I hope this is not coming too late and I hope you see it just in time. My number one spot I’d recommend is UMBRELLAS . Big portions are served there and your little one’s food choices are inclusive. Environment is good for not getting the ‘side eye’ when kids want to be kids, especially when they get fussy. It’s central and close to the well known mall IGA. Pls watch the video “10 cool and affordable and cool spots in Grenada”, that would help. Also ask people around where you stay, they’d recommend good places as new places pop up by the day. Have an enjoyable stay. Safe trip.✈️
