Fire mage is to burst so yeah rogue is a good synergy since both are bursters

This isn't really my thing, but as far as target priority it always changes on the fly for me, based on the enemy's positioning. The only time I 100% focus on someone is if there's a barbarian on the enemy team--I make it the goal to one shot them.

Pve is very straightforward, I use that same one there but mostly just play fire

fire is better overall but I like making different builds work. Frost is good for slower fights

It is one but like genshin it's also a "pc" one

Nothing matters but pvp active talents and talent points in arena so there is no such thing as stone/stats etc.

So the builds are shown at both the first fight as frost and fire, whereas the spell rotation isn't actually a thing to me since that's only a thing against training dummies or in PvE. As frost for instance you can see me charge up ice energy over and over before doing a combo, that's about it.
