The way that Israel handled prophets has to be taken into account because they are our pattern. If someone believed that they had to word from God, they would go before the Sanhedrin. The scribes would record the words. Then they would roll it up and they would stick it on the shelf... If something happened that was in the prophecy then that was a true prophecy... However if time went by and the prophecy was not fulfilled at a time when Israel was in apostasy... The prophets were labeled as false prophets and then sought and murdered... Isaiah Jeremiah to name two. So the scriptures teach us that even if a prophecy is prophecy is spoken and it is not of God God will reveal it even if it comes true... That's how you can tell the difference between a true and false prophet and that's the only way... And they should be speaking the word of God... Of the mouths of two or three witnesses shall every word be established...

Unfortunately, the bible says we are all worthless. Romans 3, which is quoting Psalm 14 and 53, says we are worthless, we do not do any good and no one seeks after God. And aren't our good deeds seen as filthy rags in the sight of God? Romans 3:23 says we have all sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we are still sinners, Christ died for us. 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. The bible constantly points to the fact that we need a saviour not because we are worth saving but because God is so good and so great and He promised us a saviour because we are dead, evil creatures in need of forgiveness and a resurrection of our soul. All the glory belongs to God.

In the Karan Jesus is said to have lived in Egypt as a child (mentioned in the Bible as well) he's said to have pick up some clay then blew life into it, after it flew away as a dove (this is a miracle not mentioned in the Bible) the karan doesnt mention that jesus had to die and resurrect for people to know he was the Messiah the karan does mention that he was crucified though... To me the people who wrote the Karan weren't around to see him resurrected... Muslim and Jewish folk believe in a Messiah but the time lines aren't specified on when every prophesy will be full filled ... The Bible does. It says he will be born of man, crucified then return to be recognized by all as the Messiah... Then once more to harvest his crop... The Jews were the only ones who almost had it right but even the Pharisees who were the great scholars of that time didn't realize Christ wasn't discrediting their belief he was actually there to reveal what had been obscure before.... My favorite way I've heard this explained was "the old testament is the new testament concealed and the new testament is the old testament revealed" there's a thinker... After I read the new testament the old testament made sense lol because I was trying to read the old testament before but again it was very obscure which Jesus said you had to follow the entirety of the old law (which was very complicated) and you'd still fall short of the glory of heaven... But only through him did we learn that the entirety of the whole Bible is summed up with the golden rules... "Love God with all your strength heart and spirit and treat your neighbors as you would want them to treat you"

Christianity spread to India and Africa before it was adopted as the official faith of the Roman Empire. The Christians were a large group by the time the Romans took it up, and why did they take it up? Because the values rang true for the poor and needy. The idea that we’re all equal. Something that wasn’t taught in any previous culture. So even if Rome hadn’t adopted it, it would have continued to grow because of the values.

Man lies on God all of the time and it doesn’t work. Man tries to use God and it doesn’t work. Man tries to destroy God and it doesn’t work. Man cannot stop God. Man can do one of two things when it comes to God ; he can accept God through Jesus Christ or reject God and be eternally separated from Him.

The young man uses the oldest excuse in the book, people in the church do evil so I won’t believe. So God is no good because people who worship him are no good. I like the question Cliff asks over and over again in his videos “Is Jesus Christ reliable ?” Who should you be focusing on, other people who are weak like you are or focus on Jesus Christ? No one who is a true believer in Christ is going to tell you to follow them, they are going to tell you to follow Jesus Christ. People have to make up their minds, not saying God isn’t real or Jesus isn’t real but saying they want to be God, they want their way and don’t want to humble themselves and do things God’s way.

Yes i do because i dealt with Fanatics in my job in military and all those people where certifiable crazy. They belived with their faith they over short coming in firepower, numbers and skill. They were obvious lies to paint us as the devil and died for it. I could belive that the Disciples being a bunch of desperate Jews who hopping beyond hope for a Messiah to deliver them from the oppression of the Romans that would anything to make leader the new Messiah. Just a dozen or so cults that rose during the Foreign occupation of Judea.
