Yup, voiceovers are AI, while everything else is done the old fashioned way (research, fact-checking, video footage, and overall production). This is disclosed in the description of every video, though I'll probably start putting it in the video itself simply for better transparency/to make it clearer.

This is a great video, I like the podcast/documentary hybrid style. I am just the wrong age demographic for the subject - a millennial who grew up watching the internet change the world. This is a great educational video that I may end up showing the kids in one of my lesson/group counseling plans! They would love this.

Not trying to be a jerk, but if you're going to chase the trend of these retro media list channels, you really need to get some inflection into your voices otherwise people are going to think that you're just AI voices.

Oh I hear ya, understandable. The voices are, indeed, AI (as disclosed in the video description) ..... hence the occasional weird inflections / odd expressions. Since im all in on the whole AI thing, I'll continue to work on improving these voices as much as the tech allows. Thanks!!

Console games were supposed to be an escape from renting to own games(going to an arcade to funnel quarters into a machine that wasn't yours). Now modern games are no different from a quarter-eating arcade machine. So might as well go back to the arcade and play something that doesn't have a subscription, lootboxes, microtransactions for worthless cosmetics, etc. Plus you have your name on a high score list to flex.

I think if they take the right approach, a Ren and Stimpy revival could do well. Gen Z and Alpha loveeeee absurdist humour; (if the success of shows like Smiling Friends and I Think You Should Leave are anything to go by). My only worry is just that they would cheap out on the animation, one of the defining elements of the original
