In the pond (sand pond norway maine) near my grandparents summer camp there was a huge one. Saw it three times. once sunning itself on a rock. second time was in a boat with my grandpa and the boat hit it. the third time was years later when I was with my daughter. She still remembers it.

Just got home from Cabela’s and guess what, that darn trigger guard was still there. Didn’t feel like going out to the garage to get needle nose pliers, so I just used scissors and it worked like a charm! thank you!

When I find one, I will not be putting a scope on it. I think that defeats the purpose of having a nice little carbine.
@garyhammond22133 ай бұрын
I've always liked this little carbine in 7.62 x 39. I just ordered 2 mags even though I don't own a rifle. I waited about a year before I got notified. Now I need to find a rifle.

I search and search for mine and called CZ in KC, KS and was told a dealer here in Wichita had order and shipped six rifles. I was a member of that range and immediately went there and out of the six there were 3 left. Employees had bought the other three. Of the three the wood all looked similar but I pick what I thought the best and just love the look of the wood and the gun. They are of course now discontinued and I'm so happy to have gotten mine when I did. I found Herter's ammo on sale at our local Capella's for $4.50/20 on sale and bought 10 boxes of 20, went back and it was now $5.00/20 ea., ended up with at least 1500 rounds of 122 gr. HP. for very cheap.

The new Gen 4 Lower receivers are the BEST lowers made by far, function, features, robustness, reliability, quality of parts and machining. Nothing needs to be changed as they are the best you can buy and were all designed and tested to work together the best in reliability function form while being long lasting. Other companies put the best parts from here and there into one rifle, not making it the best rifle as they were not tested together in that configuration. POF gives it all to you in one package for the bottom end of HIGH END rifle prices. 4000-6000 dollar rifles are not better than POF in any way from any lens or test.
@Impossibly-Possible5 ай бұрын
Bro the lowers are 700-800 dollars now and are sold out when they are in, They are the best LOWER in EVERY way, features reliability robustness quality of materials and machining is second to none, The finish and machining could not be better. the features are all of them and a bolt catch nobody else has in the best place ever, I wonder if the bolt catch works for other uppers, it is a billet lower so I wonder if it works with Forged uppers and if the trigger guard bolt catch works with billet or forged receivers from other companies, might try it with a Sabre Geissele DD BCM or even a LWRC, But I wont spend more on a upper than a POF because the best at any price is the Gas Piston P415 upper or for DI the Renegade plus, I might argue or go with another company for a DI upper, but if the price is the same or higher probably a Renegade Plus, but for a much lower price if I could get a BCM DD Geissele or Sabre on a Black Friday type deal, like 800 or lower for a TOP Tier upper from another company I would try that with the POF Lower if I can find one in stock and not 700-800, If I could get it at same price or less buying stripped lower and all their parts besides trigger to save 200 and get a Rare Breed I would do that, the stripped is 300, But you have to get their trigger guard Bolt catch, So if it works with others Imma get the stripped lower and Bolt catch and look for other parts that are top tier but on sale, POF never goes on sale, Battlehawkarmory has the best prices I got my POF revolution DI 18.5" for 1499 missed the 1449 sale, they sell everywhere else for 2750 and they are worth every penny even at that price. It is the best 308 battle rifle in every way, 6.8 pound ar15 chambered in 308, same size BCG upper and lower, only the mag well Bolt face and barrel is 308 size. feels same size and weight as a ar15 and looks the same. My revolution is 1/4 moa or better and 100% reliable and lightest weight 308 AR style rifle that doesnt loose anything to make weight, its the most robust AR10, but actually the size physically and weight of a ar15. All of the PROs of a 308 none of the CONS of the weight and size. All other lightweight AR10s are still the size of a AR10 but with shaved down parts making them less robust and the parts configuration make them less reliable, Even the rogue because it doesnt come with the Dictator adjustable gas block some have problems,. If you want a sub 6 pound 308 get the ROGUE and get the riflespeed or Dictator adjustable gas block and go from 5.9 to 6 or 6.1 pound rifle.
