i depend on how fast u write in 18 minutes. this is only basic. there are other parts like president can return the bill etc. If you have time, you can add from chapter 14 of National Assembly rule, 2075 and Chapter 15 of HoR rule, 2079.

I studied Bhoj Raj Bhusal's book. But I am not aware of latest publication. You better follow constitution, sectoral policy, and 16 th plan.
