I do not recommend this hotel. This hotel is sketchy. They put me in a handicapped room without mention that at check in. They refused to switch room and unwilling to refund me. It’s supposed to be my birthday and hoping to end the day with a nice room to rest in!

Es pésimo este hotel. Nos cobraron un depósito con mentiras de fumar en la habitación y se rehusaron siempre a mostrar pruebas de ello. Nunca jamás usen estos hoteles. Son racistas y buscan robar el dinero de las personas que no somos de allá.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I’m from San Francisco and this is my personal favorite hotel in SF. The staff is the best. The rooms are very nice. Amazing gym, Fun bar, and delicious food. The best location. It is a gorgeous hotel-It is a San Francisco Jewel.

Watched video of chamber of commerce meeting at this location violating the open meetings sunshine act. Rude, Shameful, uneducated employees. The people of Miami deserve better.
