Sending you love And thank you so much for sharing Listening to it while cleaning the kitchen at almost 3am..3rd night in a week now where I cannot sleep cause of belly cramping Feels so good to be reminded of taking in the bigger picture.. it feels more bearable... And also helps me to let go more of blame and trying to fix and control.. wich often creates more tension. Hugs and love to you and your path

Oh gosh I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that. Letting go of the blame has been huge for me. Meet yourself where you are; wherever you are you’re doing enough ❤️ thank you so much for taking the time to watch the video and comment. Take care of yourself ☺️☺️

Hey Alex - I just came across this... I have hydro and am taking Emgality too. I see you haven't posted a video in a while - how are things going?

Hi Amy. Thank you so much for checking in. Things have been insane this past year with the pandemic and my symptoms being all over the place. I’m actually working on an “I’m back” video and blog post. Hoping to post it super soon. Hope you’re doing ok ☺️☺️

Hi I wanted to check back in and see how you are doing with your injections ? I did my injections on May 4th in each side of my stomach myself lol it didn’t hurt on one side the other hurt and bled but not a bad hurt . It has helped me so much I’ve had like 1-2 migraines but the rescue meds knocked them out . I feel like I’m getting my life back :) I’ll be doing my 2nd injection in June

Oh my gosh that’s so amazing to hear!! I’m so happy for you lovely. I have my next injection dr week. I haven’t noticed too much of a change but my nerve damage is so pervasive that they were pretty sure it’ll take a while for me to notice but I’m still hopeful. Again I’m so happy for you lovely. Take care 😊🦄🦋🌸🌺

I have to pick up my Emgality today and do the 2 doses and honestly I’m terrified lol I don’t mind someone else sticking me but me having to is terrifying. My husband can but I feel I need to be in control of the needle 🤣 you made this look so easy. I hope you get relief :) migraines are so life shattering
@lifelessonslaughsessions61254 жыл бұрын
Oh gosh thank you so much for the kind words. I had practice with the Aimovig I’ve taken before. And truthfully I found it a lot easier than other needles in that I don’t actually have to see the needle go into my skin. And I do like the fact that it does have the colour fill up and the clicks so you can know for sure it’s done. I hope it gets you some relief as well lovely. Chronic pain is such an awful thing to have and any relief is most welcome. Take care and stay safe lovely.

I just picked mine up today and I’m waiting for my husband to be off before I try them just in case because I’m also fighting thyroid cancer :/ I plan on doing one in one thigh and one in the other lol 😂 I came back to watch your video to calm me down again. You made it look like it was no big deal I hope mine is the same way .

Hi! New follower here from Puerto Rico. I was also born with Hydrocephalus, and have had many surgeries when I was growing up because of it. At this point in my life, I deal with aches and pains, temperature and light sensitivity (which causes headaches daily). I'm a writer, which is tricky because of the mindblanks/seisures I get. People never understand what they don't go through, and they make us feel worse because of it. I get it. God bless + take care :)

Thank you so much for stopping by. I definitely understand the sensitivities (I find humidity and wind chill really bad for the nerve pain). If you have any video ideas you think might be helpful please don’t hesitate to let me know. Hope today is a good day. 😊😊

@@lifelessonslaughsessions6125 how about the different triggers for our pains? Mine are heat and sunlight. Some have told me to be affected by cold weather.
@lifelessonslaughsessions61255 жыл бұрын
Oh totally. I find humidity and windchill total triggers for worsening the pain.
