Interesting simulation . My problem with this idea is since there is no friction in space wouldn't the moon rotate even a tiny bit ? Other than getting closer and further away it is completely static . All of our ancestors have , and all of our descendants will only see one side . I think that is very interesting when every other object in space spins .
