I hope that the Guyanese government and the Ministry of Tourism will invest heavily in tourism in key places such as Port Kaituma (Jonestown), and in the vicinity of Mount Roraima. 🤞

Guyana has beautiful places to visit, for example, Port Kaituma, (Jonestown, where the biggest suicide occurred in 1978), Paruima village (where there are impressive waterfalls like: Uchii Falls, Panacima Falls and Attabrau Falls) as well as the Amerindian villages of Phillipai and Amokokupai (in the vicinity of Mount Roraima) in Region 7. 🤞

Absolutely agreed. Also we need more people speaking about other geographies of Guyana not only GT and coast land. And we must do so frequently. These area needs to be highlighted. Thank you sister

The one place that’s at the top of my bucket list is Rupununi. I wasn’t allowed to go as a child because my grandmother dreamt I drowned.🤦🏽♀️ Then I migrated at 12. Hopefully one day soon I’ll get to spend quality time there.
