میرا سوال ہے کہ جب آپ نے preselected status اپنے husband کے behalf لیا ہوتا ہے تو 5سال کے بعد آپ خود settled status apply کر سکتے ہیں یا حر صورت husband کے behalf ہی settled status میلے گا۔

Bhai meri wife 6 month pehle uk main settle hui hain Apne father ke sath woh eu national nahi hai but usko apne father ki wajah se jo ke eu national hain pre settlement mil chuki hai kia woh mujhe spain se bula sakti hain

Slam Please always do proper research, at the moment everyone BRP getting expiry on 31/12/2024 doesn’t matter which leave they on because after that day UK not gonna give any physical to anyone everything going to be digital and about the people on pre settled status Home office already mentioned on their website that you don’t have to do anything after 31/12/2024 your status will remain same because we still Can see our 5 years status online .

Hello, We applied for my brother on 20 December 2020 under EEA law. We got appointment in Pakistan on January 14th 2021 for fingerprints. When we got the refusal letter they said you could not give evidence of relationship. The judgement was made under EUSS law which means brothers are not included. However, we applied under EEA Law. Tribunal has refused the appeal without mentioning anything about the EEA rule instead of EUSS. We are thinking of appealing to upper tribunal. Do you think they will consider 20th December 2020 under EEA Law as the application date?
