I was never scared of the dentist, I used to be scared of the hair person when I was like, 3/4 years old I never wanted to lose my hair, even after my father told me it would grow back!😂

This is NOT SAFE! I spent 3 nights in the hospital (liver damage) after doing this. It clearly says DO NOT SWALLOW on the box. It is impossible for some of the gel not to slip out out your braces or, in my case, retainers. Even if you put it as far inside as possible, after a while, you can taste it in your mouth. The bracers do not have the same little pockets that the actual boutique trays have, and the fit around the gum line is different.

How long do you leave the crown material in with them biting before taking it out? So that it doesn't stay to long and harden on the prep

DO NOT WEAR THE WHITENING GEL OVERNIGHT. Also put the gel more on the inside base of the tray, not near your gums where it can squish out and irritate/burn your gums. Whitening comes in VARIOUS strengths and this video honestly shouldn’t tell everyone to wear overnight.

Anything 16% and under you can wear overnight if you don't have sensitivity. Anything above 16% peroxide and its usually 1 hour or less. 30% is like 10 minutes.

I have the same invisalign set, but my dentist didn’t provide any instructions. When I wear them overnight, I experience severe sensitivity in my teeth the next day

So do I. My dentist said to use over night. I can only go two days of use before I need a 2 day break. My ortho said this can be normal and just keep doing it paired with sensitive toothpaste. Treatment will just take longer. I feel you, I want to stop some days.

no you can’t, you have to finish your treatment or else you’ll end up with yellow stains. the video shows that you can use your (trays) to whiten your teeth.

I just had my all on 6 done 9 days ago.. just waiting on my temporary teeth to come in from lab. I had no swelling, 0 pain and my stitches just dissolved yesterday

There is less movement each day as the Botox doesn't fully kick in until about 2 weeks. This is a very subtle and natural Botox transformation. We want to maintain facial movements, but decrease signs of wrinkles.
