How did the hospital get abandoned

@@destinyberry3518 so it was open in the 80s/90s. The doctors were funneling money from the hospital into their own paychecks. They had to close down because of this. Then they reopened but hired the same doctors back on. Well they did it again causing the hospital to go into horribly bad debt and closed for good I think in 2003. It’s called Hancock memorial but its nick name is “bad debt hospital”. So sad because it’s the only hospital in like a 60 mile radius. They have an urgent care next door that is still in business but that’s it. So if you live around there and ur dying u got a long way to go to get to a hospital. 🏥

If you made it the whole way through this video I’m so proud of you lol this is the first place/video I ever filmed for KZbin. There are many mistakes and I didn’t edit it at all. I’ve been learning so much about filming it’s only gonna get better from here.

When did it get demolished? I couldnt find anything on it so im hopeful its still there. I was in the area today and almost went looking for it. Glad i didnt make the walk if its not there anymore.

Shocked to see another video on this place. I had lived in Austell my whole life and never knew about it. Its completely gone now, records show it will be a storage facility. We must of went days between each other lol. I went Feb. 24th.

I found this abandoned house and decided to explore it. Once inside I found an ID and old photos so I looked it up and found zeke. He’s the one who lived here but died from an OD in the house.
