whats wrong with using it as a warm up if you just do it properly?

Literally so helpful… thank you. I was at open mat playing around in this position and the whole room started coaching me at once. Im a one stripe bluebelt but felt clueless. This clicked for me a bit

This was absolutely mind expanding to watch. I don’t know a lot of leg stuff but I’ve been playing with “Ham sandwich” bear trap? And this gave me a lot of understanding for a lot of avenues and details that I didn’t see or understand before. Thank you.

Why wouldn't your opponent just take their left hand and elbow and block/frame on your right knee for both posture and to break the triangle and then start circling to their left to pass?

Keenan Cornelius in an interview 1 time was asked about flow rolling and he said "Man, that's the dumbest thing I ever heard of." Keenan may have (at 1 point) have had some name recognition, but apparently he didn't know much about developing timing and training sequences - thanks for pointing this out, Professor Mike and the always peerless instruction!
