Yes, Melbourne Zone presence is what we have been waiting for, makes it much easier for us to see and buy the product. In addition i'm hoping your presence will influence innovation in the Campbellfield caravan industry.

I'm sure you've done your research, but I would have thought somewhere in the east or southeast of Melbourne would have been better. It's not a very convenient location for a large portion of Melbourne's population to get to.

Grat videos guys explaining everything. You touched on ball weight. Have you thought of designing a fith wheel van? With your team it would make an amazing standpoint on safety, stability and more comfortable ride to tow. Owning a few vans now we realise its the only upgrade for us for more gear, size and eze of towing. Composite vans are definitely the future. Also full offgrid electrical systems like our Safiery and solar and cruisemaster air suspension is amazing.

I thought I liked my coffee ! Nice setup. 21 lph is good, I was doing 22.5 with my hybrid in my 200, funnily enough I’m not using much more than that to tow the Sojourn with the Chev, say about 22.8, not bad for a 4t rated van.

It’s interesting that you talk about the van having carbon fibre construction. I was advised that it’s merely there for aesthetic reasons, and doesn’t really contribute to any weight savings.

I bet Piet must be pinching himself to have such a job that has given him an opportunity to travel, work and to explore Have always liked to watch the videos on Zone RV's builds, innovations and the Hangar O stays. My wife was speaking with me as we were watching the video and said 'it would be great to get your wife's Elisa perspective of the trip as you travel along'. When is Zone RV possibly coming to West Australia to set a sales centre? It would be great if the West could get access to range of Zone RV caravans so that folk out this way can view, inspect, feel and talk with a sales consultant. We pick up our Peregrine in 4 weeks and it's a huge step up for us "campers" so really looking forward to where you can get to. Thanks for sharing.

Tofty, best thing you can do is get on the road and take vans in all sorts of terrain as well as speak to people along the way to get their perspective. Love that you are getting out of the office and making your work desk the vans and vehicles to get a real perspective. After leaving the corporate world I now see why my point of difference was actual customer interactions on the floor rather than looking at bloody figures and HR issues all day. Employ people with passion which I am sure you are. Let me know if ever any sales openings, happy to chat!

The Engineer in me is fascinated watching the development of the Expedition and seriously contemplating an order, after a few have been built. With experience touring the Outback in a competitor's pop top and trying to stay cool with an aircon, really looking forward to whoever comes up with an insulated fabric between the van and the roof, it will be a 'game changer' and worth patenting; insulation plus flexibility.

What size are the beds?

Nearly two months in and we’re very impressed with our van. It just makes Van life so much easier.

the step up given its a two step folding step to flat floor looks massive how do you manage that - is the step electric also?

Great evolution. In 2021 I narrowed a purchase between Titanium and Zone. Zone have evolved... today i would have chosen Zone.
