jajajaja oh funny Brian your hysterical... for those who do not know me, I sold me my house that Brian listed, the only sale of the year in a very different market than today~ and the sale went smoothly. Brian knows his Real Estate here in Baja sur. I am not so sure about the pickle ball however. lol
