On August 31, 2024, the SoCal Shooters 7 Blue faced off against the 3PT Titans and secured a narrow 8-point victory. Despite the win, the performance was far from impressive. The team’s ball movement was disjointed, with players often standing idle or failing to reposition effectively after passes, resulting in numerous turnovers early in the game. Additionally, we missed multiple opportunities to utilize our big, who was frequently open for bounce passes, limiting our offensive effectiveness. Unnecessary cuts through the lane disrupted our flow and led to avoidable turnovers. Our press break was also poorly executed, with the player in the middle role failing to challenge the opposing team’s advance. Furthermore, we struggled with layups, missing nearly 30% of them, which could have easily extended our lead to at least 16 points. While our defensive effort was commendable, the SoCal Shooters 7 Blue need to refine their offensive strategies to secure more convincing victories in the future.

I was in Chanteurs 40 years ago. What a disapponitment to hear the level they are perforning at.I became a very well known musician for a living. Intonation problems all over the place, Im so sorry to have come across this. Shame on the directors who are allowing this Mediocre singing and performing to exist.. Arcadia is a cultured area and my fellow chanteurs would be shocked at this level of singing.
