Hi Shirin,This is Ahmad :) Thank you for your question. We have not included in our competition such a clinical aspect. In case you are using IMRT or 3D-CRT you can use the skin flash option of Eclipse. For RapidArc, the MLC will be covering the PTV close to the skin only, which means part of the PTV will be outside the BEV while beam is on during part of the breathing cycle.I can suggest the following:1. Extend the PTV outside the body and modify the body to include the extended PTV2. Optimize using the extended PTVThis was the MLC will always be further from the skin by the distance you have extended your PTV by, which will compensate for the movement of the breast due to breathing.Try it out and let us know whether it works or not :)Anyone has any other suggestions ?Thank you

Hi Udai, Thank you for your question. Many factors are to be considered to make sure that plan is deliverable or not. TTH and patient thickness (ANT/POST) thickness (at the abdomen level) are the major factors to make sure whether your the plan is clear from any collision or not.
