I still have the blue ball and 2 Ball Force VHS tapes. I'm upset that I can't find these VHS tapes on DVD or purchase for upload anywhere. I want to get rid of my VHS player. The ball is such great quality. Looks the same as the day I got it and I have used it plenty. 🙂

Depends on the amount and type of carbs. You can also activate the stored energy in your body by requesting its need. that request happens from movement, and how we survived generations ago. People that hunted for food had better focus improved hearing and eyesight. This is a survival mechanism that’s primal in us that we can use the same way in exercise.

It's good to eat a quick source of carbs before workouts for that extra energy boost. Your body needs fuel to function

I have tried so many shoes, paying out money, yet none are giving me the side support I need. I feel like left foot is sliding over the side of the sole as I lunge or step with any force to my right. What reebok shoe are you using? It is Jan 3, 2021 and I have been to shoe stores from Nordstrom to Macy's to all shoe stores in mall. No one has step aerobic shoes anymore. They said I probable wont find any. I was talked into getting a hiking tennis shoe by asics. Thank you for your help. Oh and that was a killer, thank you. I hate the step videos that use language I don't ever want to understand nor do I want to dance during my step routine. Perfect!!!!!!!

This is awesome. I'm into this kind of step workout routines, they're simple, yet they really make you work. Many instructors do really complicated choreographies that they're hard to follow or it's even hard for them to let you know what they're going for, 'til the point you lose patient. PS: I love the fact Kim King is on this video, she is a great instructor. I know her from the Jane Fonda's workout programs and she was NEAT!!!

I am awful at step...mainly because instructors make it so choreographed like I’m a Broadway dancer and because they cue poorly. I also am not great at counting beats and reps. I have worked hard to do step and I can do this! Thank you for a cardiovascular challenge that is achievable.

Why are these people wearing combat boots and not athletic shoes?
@carsoncore4 жыл бұрын
I am the only one wearing those Reebok boots, but I wore them in a race called the eco-challenge a week after we shot this and I needed to break in the boots, they kind a looked interesting with the outfits so we took that style choice. It was a 300 mile expedition race and I needed to have the shoes broken in but had no time to go hiking. So this production provided me the breakin period time :-)

Nice, simple athletic routine. I am pleasantly surprised as I had seen this kid in the back of Kathy Smith's videos and hers are good, but at times a little girly for me, even though I am female. He is simple, no-nonsense and motivating. Why hasn't he made more videos? I would buy this on a DVD.

Thank you. I made some additional workouts that you may of heard of the Carmen Electra striptease series has a workout called Fit to strip that has good work out. Plus to get sexy series, surfer girl workout, Paula abduls cardio cheer we also did, but the industry got so fractured and it became so difficult to make profits from the workouts that I just made it challenging to create more. Fitinseconds.com is how most of my clients keep super lean.

Epic fail! All the other movements he did like lunges ect, that's what burnt the calories, not the body blade itself. How do I know? Because I use the body blade daily and I've been tested on the body blade super 6 and it barely even raised my heart rate let alone burnt calories.

Step Count: 4,525 / 2.8KM. Wow! Just simply awesome workout. Takes me back to the 90s when step aerobics was a REAL sweat-fest that worked your muscles through and not a complicated dance routine that is almost impossible to follow. Make sure to go to Part 1 first and then follow that up with this one. These two parts together will make up a 50-minute workout per excellence. Love it, Michael. Thank you so much for posting it. I'll be sure to come back to it over and over again. I wish you could post more. Thank you. :)
