You can buy the firescale materials to dip your headpins in to clean them. Then, give them a ride in your tumbler to really polish them.

I was wearing a pair of those english leverbacks. I tried for 30 mins to get them open. My earlobe got soooooo sore. So I decided to see if anybody on youtube had a video on how to open these things. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Once I saw that segment, it popped open and they're out. THANK YOU!

Could have showed in close up removing fish hook and how to re attach what did you hook it to before pushing it back in?

Worst clasp idea in the history of necklaces. You’ll need to be a magician to work this clasp. Trust me, it’s not as easy as this guy makes it look. You’ll spend half hour trying to get it before deciding to return your new necklace.

Could you please tell me the size of your smallest clasp pictured here? I’m trying to find a small dainty clasp and that looks about the right size. Thanks

It really depends. Some are easy fixes, some require a jeweler, and some are not fixable at all. Sorry i can't be more help.

Yep! Super glue should be fine. You can use 2 part epoxy but that's usually not necessary unless it is a pearl larger than ~12mm

If its a single strand, i don't see why not. But ball clasps are a bit hard to put on with one hand. And they usually dont come smaller than 5 or 6mm

Yeah, just another name for the same thing. Some people call them "alpha backings", "locking backings", "french backings", etc. Brands like Bvlgari use them, so they might be named after that as well.

This just so happened to come on when I was struggling with a similar issue, not this one, but to connecting and it actually gave me an idea of connecting a necklace with wire that was too short to a clasp and I ran out of soft wire on that certain color, so I had to improvise and I did, can't explain it lol

Hello! I have a french clip that got loose. This means, if I pull a bit strongly, I am able to get it off. Is there a way to fix these french clips, or do I need to replace it? Thank you for your answer! Have a nice day!

I just saw the first type, with the double side spring lock, today! The design seemed brilliant but they had like one review, which is very strange for something that works that well. I have searched for over a year for something to fit these 2 pairs mossanite studs. Sellers act like push backs are universal but the type mine take are 1/2 the size. The only other type i found that worked, but only temporary, are the cylinder rubbers. If they get a lil hand lotion, or anything on them, they never fit again. I already have 2 pairs because i lost one the first pair because of this. So ty for letting us know about an option under $50.
