The Yamaha Apex is a fuel injected and dry sump oil engine so don't see why not. Just need to ensure the fuel supply to the engine can handle inverted flight.

The FWO is fine for those who "occasionally" want to store their planes (to include draining the tanks) in a small garage, but for transit or moving the plane back and forth to an airport thinking it is a "Kitfox type" of platform they are not practical. In my opinion (I have the FWO) the "juice is not worth the squeeze"...

For those of you who are complaining that the comparison is not apples to apples, I believe you are incorrect. Look up the model numbers and you will see that the AeroLEDs are the experimental version. Aero LED is clear that their experimental version and TSO version have exactly the same output. You can check the specs yourself. WAT experimental lights have substantially less power than their TSO version and the price reflects that. So, the test is apples to apples (experimental to experimental).

Enjoyed - one critique the engine noise is overpowering your voice. Don’t know if you can do anything about that since you are stole competion. And weight is so important but there it is. Did enjoy your flying and enthusiasm

At 1:07:16 that brass fitting was leaking on mine very early on, like at around the 4 hour mark. Just re-sealed it.
