Thank you for this meditation. My experience was interesting. I know the color is red, but it was never red when I listened to this. First it was maroon, then turquoise, then gold. It went back to maroon and would occasionally turn dusty pink or many colors before turning maroon again. This happened a couple times. Then turquoise and back to maroon. Just never red. Knowing I have been feeling out of balance for some time, my thought is that maroon is the color it is, but the other colors are healing. Your thoughts?
