I was thinking maybe go for the Elite Drive, or Lùn Hypers. And then I stumbled on the Scribe wheels. The Hyper got the combi wheelset which is a good option, shallow in the front, deeper in the back. The Elite Drive set is a little bit cheaper but they have 68mm tu much to handle in cross wind (front). The Scribe 60mm makes me think 🤔 about it

Hey man, are you coming up to do the BT Epic in October? It's one of the best races out there and more flowy than the Ouchita Challenge. If you can make it - I highly recommend it. One of the best in the area.

“ I like my floor pump because I feel it’s really precise”. There are more logical fallacies in that statement than PSI in your Maxim MTB tires.

Sick T-shirt! Man is living this cycling influencer lifestyle to the max now. Let the frames and wheelsets roll in. 🙏 They work pretty good, just slowly and loud as shit and get toasty. I got one for free as well and they are nice but I would wait until they get cheaper yet or order direct from China a hundo is a bit much to drop for the amount I ever need a pump, but they are slick if you do have a use case.

Important note on the crash replacement. It says on the website, that you get 50% off or something when your wheel got trashed. Which is still not too bad, but it is no 100% replacement. It only applies to carbon wheels as well. (Same as the bearing replacement) I ordered some Alloy 650B Gravel Wide++ Wheels a year ago and they got through some proper beatings and they are still true and running smooth. I went with the endurance bearings and they are still in good shape after more than 3000 km. The even soaked up some crashes without getting bent or cracked some spokes. This is why I will get a set for my roadbike very soon. Also, loud hubs are the way. Better than any bell. :)

Nice race dude! Congrats! Trail riding is such a great compliment to roadie rides. You feel like such a champ with road power crushing the climbs, you get great bike handling skills to take back on the road, you typically can push the whole ride to get that HR pinned. Good times!
