this video reminded me of an old video of yours where you said whenever bought you something you would get rid of something of the same type you didn't wear (e.g. buy a new dress donate an old dress) which is a good idea but so hard to do, but anyway this video make me want to de-clutter and i am gunna do it!

do you keep your prepped meals in the fridge or freeze them? i like meal prepping too although i do it on a smaller scale since i don't work full time yet, i don't mind the cooking its the washing up that's the hardest haha

Did you use that butter yet? It is my favorite as well. It sounds like work is going well but sorry about your headaches you have been having. I hope by now you are not having them anymore. Congrats on being a paediatric dentist. I’m a dental nurse. I work with kids on a daily basic. It’s very fun and rewarding ❤ I also want to invest in an aura ring but unsure which colour. Do you use natural cycles too? Found you through your sister!

Sooooo I tried the trick I’ve seen others do and basically you turn all your hangers the opposite direction of how you always hang them. Then if you wear that piece of clothing, when you hang it back up, you hang it the normal way. So after like 6-12 months you can go through and see all the backwards hangers of what you haven’t worn! My closet clean out is in my near future😅😅😅
