@choffee8509 im really glad my videos can help you! :D i understand getting stuck at that tier, i also had a pretty hard time getting out of there for the first time. honestly just takes practice and rewatching some of your losses to kinda see what you could improve on! i did that lots when i was learning my mains and still do. also for violinist id recommend watching SLADE's videos, he's a friend of mine here on yt whose made s badge with lots of characters including vio :)

@hyajelly ive been using it for the past 4 seasons or so, i havent noticed a difference? i think a lot of hunters just dont bring patroller 😭

@untoidk i feel that, when i was first getting into hunter rank i just could not get to cyclops, but watching back my replays and looking at videos of my mains on KZbin really helped:)

@yamato5413 no youre right! theres a feature we got recently where we can customize our accessories to have different effects/ carry animations. i like to bring her s tier carry but have no effects on puddles in ranked cause it makes her puddles harder to see. just lets me potentially water areas before they can notice theyre gaining humidity. its a little cheesy but it usually wont work often in high tier anyways 😭

honestly hes pretty hard at first but once you get the hang of predictions and placing his clone right its super easy to get downs, you also just need to know your weak areas and avoid them

@Ordnungskampf thank you!! also his clone doesnt actually show the nearest direction of survivors, its only within a certain range of them. you could have tinnitus and put down your clone to find them, but it still wont point in their direction unless its extremely close to the survivor, like almost on top of them. otherwise itll just hit in the direction you are facing!

@reinidv Actually you are wrong with this one. I checked it with bots in practice, I eliminated all but one in Moonlit and the clone does look in the direction of the survivor, no matter where on the map you are. The only issue is, as the clone is as tilted as the hunter themself, it is a few degrees to his left, which is even the case if you put it directly next to the survivor. Hope it will help you in the future, good luck.

@Ordnungskampf oh my gosh youre right, i always assumed since i was told it was like a feaster tentacle that it would face the survivor once you use the attack, so thats what i based it off of and not the direction of the clone itself when you place it. thats very helpful though!

its always a good idea to widen your hunter pool! ive been wanting to try out some other hunters like ivy (since i have her s tier) esp now that she isnt getting banned anymore. im going to attempt to reach hydra this season so ill definitely be posting that and whatever hullabaloo matches i manage to get :3

@ridonas thank you! and yeah hunter can be really stressful :( im sorry about that, breaks are the best thing you can do for yourself in that situation. id honestly recommend looking at your loss matches when you feel better about it to see what you did wrong! that really helped me improve, as well as watching happybud hunters :3 i hope next season goes well!

HELP I WAS SO NERVOUS TOO literally was just praying they would mess up cause i had messed up so many times in that game 😭 im glad youre able to learn something from it though!:D

for early game he can be a bit difficult especially in places with lots of pallets, which is why you wanna bring insolence to help you out and maximize your chase for early and late game since you can only bring one trait (id recommend warp so you can pressure ciphers) if the insolence strategy doesnt work id say bring peepers (maybe trump instead of inso, but i personally havent tried that) to help with your clone placements and whatnot. also always try (if youre within close proximity to the surv) to constantly pressure them with your red stage while also getting the other bombs you need onto them, remember the effects of your stage persist for .5s after they leave.
