You don’t have to remove the entire fender liner. Just remove the three bolts closest to the outside and then thread a ziptie through the middle of the three fender liner holes to hold it back to the rim while I work.

in BMW G20 LCI (2022) model there's only 12v in the front but guess what.... it does not work because it's a Cigarette lighter socket (not the accessory socket) and my camera charger does not reach the metal contacts inside the socket. And I don't know what to do now.... I tried some other charger and it does give electricity but only when I'm pushing it down really hard with my hand xD

Where did u get those clips from? The ones that you've put under your glovebox to grap the wire. I'll need them. Thanks for the video.

Hey man, the clips came in the packaging with the dash cam. Real sorry I can't help you with that man.

In my F30 their use to be a outlet located on the passenger side under the glove box. I’m curious if it’s on the American version of the G20 still. It was convenient for dash cams.

Yea for my F30 (Malaysian version) they have it under the glove box as well. But I'm not to sure on the American version if they have it for the G20 but for the Malaysian version of the G20 we don't have it.

@@brendanwrichard nope, they did away with it. Not sure why because it was so damn useful. My 2014 328i and my 2017 330i both had it but it's nowhere to be found on my 2020 330i. I really do miss that power outlet.
