How did you get Screw Tilt Adjust on your printers menu? I don't have that menu on my Neptune 4 Pro.

Also, are you running openneptune? How did you managed to get your z-offset positive values? Even after probe calibration my offset is negative

It's fine if it's negative. The important part is the test print. Even if you dont have Screws Tilt.

It's been upgraded, there's plenty of videos on how to do that, but I dont recommend unless you really know what you're doing. You can easily brick your printer if not. The important part is the test print.
