I fell in love with the nook, I need one … maybe one day …

Hello Sir, Do you like the NOOK or the Narak 550 better? in terms of rolling and paddling experience. Which one would you choose if you can only have one? I would love to hear your thought as I would love to get one myself. Thank you very much for your information in advance. Thank you!!!

These two are very different. To practice rolling, I use Nook. But to enjoy touring, I use Narak 550.

Fantastic rolling technique. Im considering a Nautiraid 405 for when I travel. Would love to get your thoughts on these boats.
@rollingjunkie7 ай бұрын
Narak 550 is realy sea worthy. It is quite stable and comfortable on waves. As 405 has the bow and stern of Narak line, it should be good.

Dear Mr. Mano, my I ask you a question? I would like to buy myself a Narak 550, too. Would you say, that this is a good decision? And are stabilisators a good or bad idea?
@rollingjunkie10 ай бұрын
It's difficult to say. It depends on many things. I myself like Narak 550 as I found it comfortable to paddle along the coast. I am 191 cm tall and weigh 90kg. But I am thinking of buying Nook to enjoy practicing greenland rolls. It's lighter but perhaps not so suitable for longer touring.

Beautiful! I love those cold, crisp winter days. It’s so quiet and pristine. I’m surprised that there is no ice on the lake. Here we we have a warm winter without ice, but as soon as we have a cold and still night there will be a centimetre of ice in bays and close to shore.
@rollingjunkie Жыл бұрын
You see no ice on this lake because it is very deep, even near the shore. It is more than 120m deep. A shallower lake just a few kilometers from here is covered by ice.

Wonderful, the storm rolls are perfect form. When you do the balance brace try to keep the paddle on your chest until you finish with your back on the deck. Your arm tends to push away from the chest a bit. Of course I am nitpicking here...
