@@soundsurvivor gotcha. I've done a few laser Christies and I know the way the DMD card connects to the main board is a weak point. If you guys cant find a repair option locally, feel free to get in touch. I'm in southeast PA so it'd have to be shipped.

From the back of it, made in China, designed/engineered in the UK. Presumably made in a factory alongside or actually the same as Behringer mixers given they're part of the same group.

There has been some discussion about "clocking" mismatching with those using anything other than Cat5e cabling. Don't ask me why this would be an issue but one of the Music Tribe techs did mention that a syncing issue could be a prob in this case.

With the “Aux out” for aux 1 and aux 2, could I use these to go from the sound board with a 1/4” plugging into the “Aux 1” and “Aux 2” outs to a wired in ear pack like the Behringer P2? And if so, could I get a personalized mix by turning up and down the “Aux 1” and “Aux 2” knobs on the Board?

I'm beside myself trying to fix this same problem. Mine is the x32 producer. Will not sync with my s16. I've tried making either one the master and the other the slave, still not even a blinking red light (where the "A" light should be on). If anyone found a fix for this, can you email me?
