Heyy. I am 17 years old, i have a huge interests in food and the science behind how particular dishes are made. I want a job where i get to learn how food is made "scientifically" (if that makes sense). Do you think food science is the field that i should go into? Or is what i want related to something else entirely? I searched about food science, but i just want to make sure that it is really what i think it is. So is it what i talked about above?
