I never tried meditating. Honestly I feel like I wouldn't even be able to relax myself enough to do it but I know I should give it a try. I agree with the vacation thin. Taking a vacation always made me feel re-energized and ready to go again. However the current rut I'm in, I want to take a week off just for myself and to relax but I also feel like I have to much work that i need to do before I should take a vacation 😞. And then the burnout makes me underperform and pile up even more work
