Bigger and more slow twitch/powerful athletes will typically benefit from a higher damper setting than the smaller more fast/twitch sprinter type athletes. It’s not about how big your damper setting is, but it’s how you use it 😉

Counting calories (and sometimes macros) has been a game-changer for me! It's not always easy, but I've found using MyFitnessPal keeps me accountable and helps me stay on target. Meal prepping has also been a huge help. Excited to hear everyone's strategies for tracking their nutrition goals! 💪 #FitnessFundamentals
