I have the newer version and the k cup area is over flowing bc the spout ( where the coffee runs out and into the cup ) is clogged w: grounds! It happened just days after I bought it. I have had it for less than 2 weeks and it has happened three times. I can’t get them to respond to an email. They have no customer service phone support. This is unreal!

@ keurig as of a year ago, or so , had one. I will be returning it. It’s a shame. I like the footprint.

Thanks for info.But the problem I see is you're pushing the coffee grounds back into the machine into the tube which will just come through and get clogged again.

I have a liberty safe and battery died called liberty they said safe made 2021 have problems once the battery dies it disconnects from motherboard They sent out new keypad but same things smh

I have one bought as a gift over a yr ago from my daughter and i HATE it! The single cup NEVER brews a full cup, it over flows into my craft well!

@@denellelloyd1280 I may post a follow up video that will be quite helpful. I can’t decide whether to use a 12 gauge or a .44 magnum. The single brew/pod function on this coffee pot is unfixable.

There are other good videos explaining this issue.Unfortunately the machine has to be taken apart and cleaned due to a lot of calcium build up and tubes clogged with coffee grounds. It doesn't look that hard.I am going to give it a try.

I fixed mine, all i did was grab the gray and the black shot, and run it underwater. I used a safe pin and took out the coffee grinds and blew into it, then i poured water into the area where the coffe comes out. I tried it 3 times and it worked again for me

this is most helpful! I’m worried about being able to get into my safe should an EMP or CME fry all electronics. Having a spare keypad on hand would be a lifesaver, assuming it is stored in a faraday cage.

This just worked on my big ass Liberty safe, with the exact same keypad. By "this" I mean flipping the switches a bunch of times and putting it back. Hopefully it keeps working!

Glad it worked! I would suggest ordering a spare keypad. I think they’re 50 bucks but it makes me feel better having one on hand.

This just saved me hundreds of dollars…went through the same exact process, even got shipped an entire new locking system…replaced the new keypad worked like a charm….thank you sir

I am having a heck of a time unscrewing the outer cover. I can remove the keypad but can NOT get that outer cover off. Any suggestions?

On my safe, the outer chrome cover turns counterclockwise about 1/2 or 3/4 of an inch and then pulls straight off.

Remove the battery, push buttons for about 1 minute to discharge all phantom power, plug battery back in and put in your existing combo. I did this and mine opened.

My 3 month old Liberty safe just had this problem yesterday. I was able to open it in the morning. When I tried opening it again in the afternoon, I had the same experience you have. I called their support number and the guy said a new lock will be delivered to my house. I also got an email later saying to try to do the same thing that was discussed in this video. My keypad looks different though. Mine doesn't have the dip switches. I emailed the guy back and he said to just plug back in the keypad. Mine is still not working.

Oh my goodness, mine is doing the exact exact exact same thing. I entered my numbers in the queue for them to call me back at 4pm eastern time and haven’t heard anything as of 930pm. Did you have to pay for new pad? How old was yours when this happened? Mine is only about 9 months old. Thank you for the video.

My safe was about a year and a half old when this happened. I did NOT have to pay for the replacement lock, but I did purchase a spare in case this happens again. I used email and had good luck with communication. Good luck to you!

Overload warning on HB FlexBrew. We found that the outlet in the lifted part of the lid, UNDER the removable needle was totally plugged. The needle was clear but the INLET behind the needle was blocked solid. Had to dig it out with paper clip!!!

First let me say I am glad Liberty took care of you even if it did mean you were locked out of your safe for three weeks. Fortunately, there was no much needed document you were trying to retrieve or were getting ready to head out for a multiday hunt. All that being said for years and years I have read on gun forums, watched countless KZbin videos of things just like this with E-lock failure and I always wonder WHY these things are so popular.

I agree. When I purchased the safe, I couldn’t even find one with a traditional combo lock. Lesson learned - at least now I have a spare keypad and instructions nearby.

@@helpfulthings5218 I hear you. My brother is purchasing an Amsec SF6032 this weekend and it only comes with an E-lock. The good thing is he is getting the safe for a very good price so he is going to go ahead and purchase an S&G 6730 combo lock and have a safe tech change it out. Damn the cost, who needs a lockout.

I had this issue also, despite the reservoir being full of vinegar for a cleaning. It probably took hitting the brew button 20 times before the error cleared and the single cup tried. The vinegar did go into the carafe side. I'm still running vinegar through, probably my 3rd or 4th time. It's finally starting to trickle on the single cup side.

I will try this - have cleaned over and over, used paper clip on holes and still getting coffee ground explosion and grounds in my cup using the k cup side. Was about to throw it away - so frustrating. Will order some spray air and report back...thanks for the info. The other side brews so slow also.
