@TwistedCarnage I'd like to believe he would be alot stronger. 1) he'd be more self centered and ruthless, the key to becoming a great sorcerer as Sukuna mentions. 2) he'd most likely learn to use swords and other cursed tools much earlier since many zenin clan members were swords men. He'd learn techniques like fallen blossom emotion and would be groomed to become the clan head by naobito. Even then what's to say he can't go to jujutsu tech for his first year where gojo would surely train him after noticing his much higher potential

@ it’s completely possible but generally the more mean spirited sorcerers usually lack introspection and fail to reach their peak Naoya straight up had to die and become a curse to have a shot at domain expansion

Megumi would probably make a deal with naobito that he would become the clan head in exchange for the guaranteed safety and financial aid for tsumiki. That's how I see Megumi's character if he grew up in the clan. He'd have that mindset he had during the finger bearer fight
