I have claimed medical expenses from ultimatix which are genuine bills, however hr team saying claiming expenses from ultimatix is only as per project approval and compliance team says its a policy breach im not allowed will they take termination action as the compliance person mentioned he will file termination and Ill get a call. Worst company ever working for tcs.

Hi Manish, I have rejoined back TCS after completing MBA..... My HR told me that.... Refitment policy is now hold..... So Refitment not possible at this time..... Do you have any info about it?

Is it true that TCS give lot of work to lateral employees and later put them into pip and gives low ratings and also 20 % cut in CTC? Also a lot of micromanagement. Hi, Work pressure solely depnds in your project. There is no rule that lateral hires would be made to work more, but yes as most knows that you are being paid more than them, so they will try to extract more work out of you. I'm working in this company for 1.3 years now and I've filed a complaint against my manger 1 month ago, that he's inappropriate and doing sexual gestures and drawing inappropriate figures and harassing me by taking 2-3 hours long unnecessary calls which is affecting my productivity. I even had to undergo medical conditions that occurred to me due alot of stress. And after a month of my complaint to hr about my manager, they're initiating PIP on me and confronted them that this is purely a revenge strategy that they're doing against me, I'm happy to leave this toxic

Hello Sir, I have joined back TCS after completing my MS in Data Science. I have been allocated to the project as ML Engineer which aligns with the education I have pursued. I asked HR for re-fitment but HR replied saying the re-fitment cycle has been closed and he'll let me know once opens. Is it true that there is certain time for processing re-fitment? If not how can I tackle this problem as I there's no proper information given about re-fitment process in HR policy.

Hi, During my time back in 2021 there was no cycle for refitment. As soon as you joined HR provides you with the refitment form and the refitment process gets initiated. Hi bhoomika , same happened to me I also joined back tcs after completing my masters and allocated to the project as per my current education, I also initiated my re-fitment and in my case HR mentioned that education refitment is currently on Hold until further notice. I also don’t know what to do next please let me know if you get any information or if your re-fitment initiated

@ same with me I have reach my HR many times and she mentioned that education refitment is on hold and add two other HR who will initiate the refitment in CC and mentioned that once education refitment start again they will process my request which is same as previous response they didn’t mentioned the time line when will be they start the refitment, so I have discussion with some other people with same situation they have same issue and they are reaching out to there HR every 2-3 week for refetment and doing that 1-2 get there refitment done , right now only option is to reach out to HR for update in every 2-3 week.

Hi please help. After I put down my resignation, i got a mail that my access has been removed the very next day. And from next day I cannot enter tcs premise or login to my system or access mail,ux. My manager is following up with hrbp but she is saying it will take time as it will come from corporate. Any idea on this?

Sorry to say this.. But I think TCS Rmg emails only have outgoing emails facility and no incoming emails. From same RMG, i receive email asking for skillset thrice a week even though i udpated on 1st time itself. I have WFO Exception due to medical treatment and they ask me to return to office becoz exception not allowed while in bench.. I mean wat bullshit rule is that. You want to report u quitting medical treatment?? If something happens to me definitely my family will sue you. They are saying apply leaves. Why shd I apply leaves when I am ready to work??? Just becoz they want to lead happy work life making our life miserable..

Hi, For me Full and final was done within 1 week of last working day. TCS will provide you release letter, you can use that for the time being as a substitute for experience letter, and provide the future company with the experience letter once you receive that. Sir, in 5 years getting 94k ( including tax) per month and not including pfs , health insurance and that too in a company like tcs which is almost a govt company in terms of job security. This is good compared to govt jobs and only top 1% govt jobs I'm talking about. This is actually good.
