The issue is the nature of strike action in Nigeria. In the UK, strike actions are never protracted or lasting days or weeks. Workers embark on strike only on the day or days declared for the strike and they return to work and negotiation continues. Why should ASUU or other workers union embark on months long strike? How would such strike action affect students or the society? These are the questions begging for answers.
