I have a friend who said he cannot understand what people are saying when they say a food is too rich. Like he can't grasp what aspect of the food item they are referring to. We got on the topic when I saw him eating a 100% pure cocoa unsweetened baking chocolate bar. Exploded my head off seeing him enjoy it like damn just empty an ashtray in your mouth too.

I just got 1 out yesterday and it was awful! He said, it would take 10-15 mins; it was more like an hour. I wasn’t sedated, just local anesthetic and I definitely felt pain a few times. Prescribed Tylenol 3 and antibiotics so that’s what I’m on now. My son found me on the floor last night, so im being monitored lol and no stairs til I’m off meds. I’m gonna get mashed potatoes because I’m tired of shakes.

@ Indoor and F9 and F7 it works perfects, I have seen a lot of videos. But in 11 sided games it get lost pretty easily with change of direction.

If you get the IV sedation, you won’t feel anything during the surgery. It’s awesome. And that needle is so tiny. You can do it! 🙌

Im 19 and im getting all 4 of mine removed on Thursday 1/09/2025. I’m currently freaking out a week away from this and dreading everything. I’m going under with the IV sedation and that’s the part I’m honestly the most worried about. I hate needles and I’ve never been out under before so I’m scared for what that’s going to feel like. Wish me luck I’ll update as soon as I get them out if I remember💪

@AndrewChwalik The only reason I’m worried is because some people say you blink and it’s over, or it feels like you’re falling asleep, or it’s more of just a disconnection from your surroundings. So I’m just nervous about what I should be expecting once they get the IV in and start rolling in that anesthesia lol

I get that. For me, it was just like falling asleep. When you wake up, it’s all over. It felt like no time passed at all. It was pretty cool.

Just got it done today. I feel fine. No morphine and I was not in the Twilight Zone! I remember everything. I heard him say when they were done and moving to the next tooth ( all 4) i also remember gagging on several occasions and pulling at my mouth cause my doctor snapped at me and told me don’t do that! I was talking to him damn near the entire time. Don’t know if he understood me though. My mouth was extremely numb. And could barely open my mouth. Just been a little tired all day. Mouth bleeding.

They numb you first so you won’t even really feel it all that much. Plus, the needle part is super quick. You’ll be good!

I had the surgery this morning, it was easier for me to fast wince i was sleeping for the 8 hours until 8am and i had an IV sedation. I only remember the doctor moving the headrest a bit and then i woke up and was put into a wheelchair. It just sucks that i got home, let both my parents read the care instructions and i laid down and woke up and i found my dad sleeping with the instructions on the ground

Im so paranoid about eating ill probably fast for a few days..i just got them pulled and i have so much saliva and blood i feel like the blood clot isn't forming its been already 2 hours.. honestly my dentist wasn't so clear about the after care..thats why im looking on KZbin.. I never want to go through this experience...

If you are nervous, you can always call your dentist and ask questions. It’s normal for your mouth to be like that for a few hours. Keep using the gauze and bit down to apply pressure. That should help the blood clot quicker.
