I grew up going to the science spectrum and Omni theater in Lubbock Texas. Before every show they would play this song to show off the sound quality. And it was from Lubbock Texas own Doug smith. I would get chills every time I heard this beautiful piece… and I grew up and moved to Oklahoma. I forgot his name and what the song was called.. 😢 and I thought I may never hear it again. One day I remembered his name out of the blue.. and after probably 15 years I found this video! Thank you so much for posting it. I’ve watched this video countless times now and every time that I do I’m swept with memories and emotion… and I’m a full grown man. 😅 but thank you again and God bless

Much of Peter's music embodies the emotion of a place. If you get a chance, listen to his rendition of a Ukrainian of the traditional folk melody titled 'Suffering". Recorded in the eighties it pulls at the emotion of today as Ukrainians are fighting and dying for the very existence of their country. The strength and resolve of the Ukrainian people at any cost is remarkable. May peace come to them quickly. May peace come to us all. Rest in peace Peter. Thank you far all that you left us.
