You can increase the HP and Attack points of your Servants with those, just be careful to not waste the SR ones when you use them: 3 star Fou's let you rise each stat by 1k max, 4 star let's you rise them from 1k to 2k, the thing is 3 star Fou's rise a decent amount per unit, but 4 star only rise 20 points per unit and most of the time you can only get them in events, so use the 4 stars only on your fav Servant.

Well, firstly choose your favourite. But if you’re talking about which one is better atm it is Artoria/ OG Saber. She has a skill that once you complete the rank up she changes all of her cards into buster cards on rotation for that turn.

NA is shifting towards a Buster Meta now, and if you borrow a friend's Koyanska, Shakespeare can act as a sort of budget Oberon. A 40% Buster buff and a targetable 20% NP gauge increase is nothing to sneeze at...
