the fact you even consider how it's going to be different for lefties and the visual of it fills my heart with soo much joy than it should! lol❤

you are the first video, tutorial, ps specifically things that will help my friend Nina regaining balance, and dexterity, and I'm trying to convince her to use a hoop for stretching and mobility. sh had her stroke when she was 23, almost 24, but has been raising a herd of men, regaining the abilities and functions to be able to be an award winning tattoo artist, and also remembering well like how to walk, facial function, she's beautiful. I digress. I think you should know I seriously appreciate your courage, but your videos are the first time I have Heard positive reforcement about the parts we all feel stupid, and if u don't when you hit your face about a gazillion times with youar hoop, start drawing a crowd from how hilarious it is, then we need to hang out!😂😂😂 i ❤❤❤❤❤ u soo much!

This was the best tutorial I have ever seen! And I love that you got right 2 it! Some people talk for the first 15 minutes. And when they finally get to the tutorial i have lost interest and get distracted with something else. So thank you so much keep them comming

Wow, thank you so much for sharing! I've been trying to learn this for a while and like you said, all the other videos make it much harder than it needs to be. I nailed it in 10 minutes. Thanks again! 🙏🕉💛

I just wish you would have done another time with something between the real time and breaking it down. For some reason I'm still not able to put it together:/

Lol I've been doing this completely wrong for probably 2 years. I do the thing where you throw it in horizontal plain similar to the way people throw it to come round neck. Then sorta lower catching it on same side it was thrown from with foot then bringing it to my hand around front. Probably harder and less cool since most of foot work is out of view. I was wondering why mine didn't look cool

Hi hi hello! My name is Alex and I’m a noob hooper; I’ve been watching your tutorials for about two days now. I have a 32 inch inner diameter poly pro hoop with gaffer tape and I am 5’2” tall and was told that this is the hoop that I need and I absolutely love it! It’s lightweight and great for tricks. I hope to be watching more of your tutorials and I am trying this one as a beginner and I keep dropping my hoop and it’s very wobbly and won’t stay straight and it keeps hitting me but I’m not going to give up!

I tried learning hula hooping in 2017 and then injured my knee and took three years off and now I’m getting back into it and I really feel like your videos were the most helpful back then. If you still are into hooping I know I’d love new tutorials. A few basics I struggle with are wedgies, chest hooping, helicopter, above head palm spins etc, shoulder hooping is easier to me than leg hooping *but I’ve a bum knee* xoxo
