I have a Generac 10000 generator. Can anyone show me or exactly write to me how to change the air filter. It is not like others. It is placed between the top of the engine block and the fuel tank, less than an inch space in between and impossible to reach. Lifting up the gas tank to make room is impossible because of the rigid steel frame. All generators online are with such information except the Generac 10000. My email is; [email protected] Help much appreciated.

I just came across this thread. Sorry im late to the shindig. You have some good ideas here, however i think your temperature is a bit too high. I would exit the exhaust straight out the back and mount your muffler outside the box. Basically your heating up a giant heat sink in the box. Its also beeen my observation that most generator noise is mechanical and not related to the exhaust. Just my $0.02 worth.

It's cool, but I would rather some of our jumbo jets to be Boeing instead. The 748-8's are darn pretty good plane too. I miss the 767's too, can't fly those domestically much anymore. Glad I got to an MD88 recently, won't be able to fly those for much longer.

Daniel Kohler , not sure about the db level, but @ 15’ away you can have a normal conversation with another person. Most sound you hear is the mechanical sound of the engine.

Before you criticize, let's see your invention. Oh, you have not done one of these... well shut up then. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should make a comment.

Arnie Sam, On this video the sound level seems very loud, but in reality it is very quite. Most of the sound is from engine mechanical sound which is bearable.

I don’t know why everyone is so triggered by the sound of those flaps; I actually really like how they sound. And besides, the amount of time you’re going to be hearing any hydraulic sounds on these planes is only just a few seconds/minutes out of a flight that is who knows how many hours long.

For all the folks complaining about the noisy flaps (and bashing Airbus for that): 1)Quieter engines means quieter cabin overall, which means other normal noises are now more noticeable. 2)B787 flaps make a noise as loud as A350's flaps, or EVEN WORSE kzbin.info/www/bejne/iF67lqOdhrCkntU
