Wow. The idea that the best candidates are currently employed is seriously flawed. Layoffs in 2024 (and into 2025) is about the short-sightedness of leadership - not the poor performance of individuals.

Non technical founders need a technical co-founder, or find another field. Also, become technical. It's not magic and you can learn. Don't found a company on something you don't understand. That's just dumb.
