I think this is explicitly said in the opening few lines about a kid in the park (with mad herbs) kicking words in the cypher. Everything after is quite spritual/mystical/metaphorical content about how they feel when they are (probably high) and constructing rhyme schemes/patterns and their lyrics. The 'bleeding hate' bit may refer to the sometimes hostile nature of the rap battle, but the 'love is in my blood' part and 'devotion to hip hop' etc make it clear that this all part of the love of and culture of hip hop.
