@@rubentorres4704 Hey Ruben, thanks for the comment. For a house around that size, you can find a range of quotes between $30-50K USD, but you'd most likely wind up somewhere around $40,000 USD. I'd recommend speaking to a few reputable solar vendors or contractors here, and if possible, invest a little extra on the solar just for the extra power. I'd also consider getting a backup generator that can automatically switch on as needed in the night time in case of lack of sunlight.

That’s exciting! Definitely go check out the sandbar. You can either hire a boat captain to take you out there for the day, or you can rent some of the jet skis over there and I believe they will take you out there with them. I’d recommend the captain if you’d like to spend most of the day out there!

Hi Elliott - thanks for posting such an great informational video on the process that you go through in Belize. What's the average cost for inspections and surveyors cost? I promise I won't quote ya on it, just curious of a potential range that it would run someone purchasing property.

Happy you got some value from it. Generally an inspection will run you from $350-650 USD depending on who you use. Surveys are $550 USD at the moment! Let me know if you have any other questions, happy to help.

Where will all the sewerage go? Very poorly planned. The lots are rock or mud nothing to absorb sewerage and no potable water or electricity.

Secret beach is completely off the grid so there is no sewage system in the area at this moment. All properties over there are on septic systems.

Haha not sure it’ll ever be that, although billionaires are certainly looking here. With only 1.4 M being the top of the market for condos, I’d say we’re a while’s away from this place being a billionaires reserve, But prices are definitely going to continue to increase in my opinion. Belize is a great place to invest if you’re wealthy, but also for people like myself who have small amounts of cash to invest. In respect to my clients from the USA and Canada, most people are looking for a stable real estate market that isn’t leveraged and insanely inflated like most other alternative markets. Without financing available here, the values are much more stable, which makes this market a good place for a store of value and future appreciation. But I think the most important thing for investors is that they love the country and want to be here. It’s an incredible place to call home.

It’s always hard to say when it comes to infrastructure here, especially in that area. I’m estimating about 5 years or so before power makes it out there. They’re currently upgrading the electrical infrastructure in town to handle the rising demand for electricity as more developments come to the market and tourism reaches new number records.

Hello Sir, I know you made your KZbin video thumbnails from Fiverr, but if you don't do SEO your video won't do well, I have seen your video. Your content is very good. But as it is not SEO friendly, you are not getting targeted views, so subscriptions are not increasing. Seen some more issues with your channel recharge. Your videos are not seo, the title, description is not channel related seo and your channel is not promoted due to lack of proper seo your videos are not appearing in search results, professional SEO is expected to give good results, you will benefit.
