Muchas gracias 🤙

I recently started experimenting with the baratoplata and people keep blocking it by raising the knee on the side i want to put foot on the hip to create leverage. Have you got a video showing how to deal with this?

Do you pin the leg from Headquarters or do you have another way to Get to the pin position?
@TarikBJJ

The position can be set up from a lot of different scenarios. Countering DLR, countering RDLR, half guard, duck under passing and more 🙌🏼

@ Thanks man! So from halfguard, you can pop up on one knee and force it to the other side for the pin headquarters for example? Im loving the vids!

Dude that fist to the floor was just an excuse to show off them triceps......serious...great lesson and a key lesson against bigger stronger guys to move them around....Craig Jones uses something similar but punches both hands down.....both work but are key. Thanks again for this!

Just curious about the transition from knee on belly to knee on armpit before the submission. What’s to keep them from doing a back roll to escape since the pressure is off there mid section?
@TarikBJJ
@TarikBJJ 2 ай бұрын
I think by leaning onto their belly and mainly focusing on getting the shin to their armpit, then it shouldn't be possible. But the best is to try it out 👍🏼

It might take some time to get through all the variations. You can use a wall or a yoga block to help you lift your hips to begin with. 🙌🏼

This is really good I love this move but your hand grip is incorrect. Your hand grabbing the lapel should be with your palm facing up like you're climbing up a rope you'll have a much stronger grip and you can get a deeper bite and it'll be harder for him to pull his hand out you should also twist the lapel to get a much stronger bite. Overall very good. One of my absolute favorite moves
