I did this before breakfast this morning. I did the 5 per minute dumbbell version and did very deep squats instead of parallel. I could tell that there was no way I could finish the wo in the 11 minute cap but decided to just keep going. I ultimately finished in just under 15 minutes and spent the last 10 minutes of that in zone 4. What a great workout. Congrats to Alex on her pregnancy.

Did the vault on monday as my first workout as a member. Loving this week so far! Also started the balanced plate challenge. Not new to training and eating conciously but street parking has many great aspects that i cant wait to use!

What an awesome couple. I love how on all the vault workouts you say the score doesn't matter but you are just as competitive as anyone else so you want to get a better score on a 2nd attempt. Plan on doing this wo after I watch the video. I don't do burpees so I plan on replacing this part with flat bench press and "stand ups." I would have enjoyed the farmer's carry version. I live in Western New York(near lake Erie) and earlier today did a 6 mile walk in a 14lb vest (a little under an hour and a half) and the wind chill had the real feel temp at 4 degrees. Winter training is just what it is.

I did this workout this morning and own ya the intensity is high. I only got 18 burpees in. I broke up the thrusters and went unbroken on the snatches. I felt the dumbbell weight was a bit heavy as a male. All in all a great workout!

It would be great to include some resources about developing relevant psychological skills to improve "grit". It's not just about going through difficult gritty workouts. Check Endure (Hutchinson) or How Bad Do You Want It (Fitzgerald) for an easy introduction to the topic
