Thank you so much for posting this video. I have a degree in Paralegal studies. I have not use this degree in years because my main focus is the medical field because I have years of experience in healthcare. And was looking to get back into the field so I started researching how I could get my skills back on track, and I came across your videos. But what you said about knowing where you stand in you walk with God is so true. God is teaching me everyday to put him first and all things, and to trust him plan. Thank you so much for this video it is well needed

Great Encouragement 😊 verses tied directly to the encouragement along with making the episodes of the Bible in todays life comparisons Yes very hard to step out into the unknown but with the Father with you who could be against you? Speaking on mental health shows enormous wisdom and really hope thousands hear this. A best take away is red flags consistently shown and knowing your value of uniquely made; power, love and self discipline. How easy that is forgotten and the loud noise voice takes over

Beautiful message. My side hustle is paralegal (not full time as I did in the past) I do e-filing and more. Thank you for this beautiful message as it is important to be treated with respect in the workplace. Whenever I have to call the court coordinator I make sure to speak very kindly and respectfully to the Court personnel as sometimes they can be very helpful. Expect others in the office to be jealous, and make sure to back up your work on the computer or storage device) I have seen documents deleted and table of contents put in disarray and more. At one job someone deleted a master disk of important material. My system's analysis teacher (years ago) taught me to always back up my work and make backups. Even if working a temporary job, expect the unexpected. Also, saying a little prayer always helps.

THANK YOU so much for being a vessel for the Lord. I've been a Litigation Paralegal for about 30 years. My mom is on hospice and I'm not working. Someone took advantage of me and stole EVERY penny. I'd been so down and depressed. THAT IS NOT LIKE ME. God has been saying to me all week "I know the plans that I have for you". This really uplifted my spirit!!! God bless you!

Hello Leslie , A lot of the job ads I been looking at all say 2+ years experience required . I am currently in school for my associates degree as well as getting a paralegal certificate. I know you said you don’t need it but in all honesty I felt like without it , I am not qualified . I also enjoy school very much and love to learn some background knowledge of what it’s all about before jumping in . How can I get past the 2 year requirement on job ads ?Should I try and get a job now or wait until I finish school ?
@ParalegalCareerMastermind

It’s perfectly fine to apply to jobs now. No problem at all. You will learn the most on the job anyway. I love that most of the states in our country give you a choice as to whether you have a degree, certificate or not. Look for entry level positions when searching because even after getting your degree, that’s the level job you need to apply for. Once in your first position, you’ll acquire loads of experience and you can then make a choice to move up.

Hearing this reminded me off my grandmother always telling me you can catch more bees with honey- didn't really know what she meant at the time but the phrase stuck with me and when I needed to involve other people from other departments to resolve a problem that phrase would pop into my head - or when you start new somewhere and you are the outsider looking in treatment it's helpful to remember that phrase and at the end of the day if you have been helpful and kind you will rise above and be blessed- even though in the moment it is really a struggle Be an overcomer. Thank you for the video series and the verses you go over 🙏🙏🙏

Perfect verses 😇 words to remember choose how we feel daily or even hourly some days I am so sorry for the losses you have endured , while it reminds me of JOB (from the Bible) I don't know how you do it each and every day- I will just pray for continued strength and grace for you I really think your videos such at this one should go viral as the message is so on point. To move forward from the losses you have suffered is truly remarkable. Your foundation is built on solid rock- not sinking sand - you will be rewarded on the other side , while on this side I pray for Blessings as you share The Word, your experiences, and wisdom . While my thoughts are not His thoughts and I can not comprehend the magnitude of how it will work for good in your journey - it is said God wastes nothing and Beauty comes from ashes - I hope and pray he will bestow more than you could ever ask for. Yes these days are hard- I suppose just as hard in Moses time but at least you are a light in the darkness and provide hope While my journey has parallels to yours- you are Blessed in having legal experience, and a legal network for all the things that have to be taken care of through the system - hopefully you receive a discount or can navigate the waters with minimal expenses. Because WOW EXPENSIVE !!!! Again sincere condolences and THANK YOU SO MUCH for the videos segment you are doing. Sincere Gratitude 🙏 May you have a Blessed day each day

Thank you so much for sharing your insight, it's so helpful and you have a nice, easy going way of relaying information. I was wondering from your experience, how tolerant are workplaces with new people and their mistakes, do they make it obvious that they're frustrated that they have to wait until you get a hang of things, do they reach a limit fairly soon regarding making mistakes or if a new person is taking longer than they anticipated to get a hang of something. Is it better to go slow and careful to make less mistakes or no? I'm trying to gauge how tough it is when a person has good skills (computer, people, communication etc) and wants to do something like this that has a purpose but is new and inexperienced. At least it seems like the type of job with a purpose, where you can see at least sometimes that you have positive impact on clients and their issues, I hope that's the case. Thanks in advance.

To be very honest, there is very little patience or tolerance for the time it takes to learn or when mistakes are made. Learning all you can before entering this field is important. When I say that, I mean all of the practical duties a Paralegal performs every day in specific areas of law. That's why I created the 'Accelerator' membership and why I created all of these videos. Neither the 2 year degree program nor most certificate programs prepare people for what lies ahead. Hope this helps! - Leslie :)

Corporate Law Paralegal Duties - i have been the ABA Approved Paralegal for the past 5 years. I worked with a younger group that was pretty immature. So I left right at the five year mark. I am now working as a corporate paralegal as June 2024. It is new subject for me and I am happy that I found your channel and this good information for me. I will be starting at the end of the Month.
