What about the experiment a few weeks ago, when an AI did not carry out a task according to the wishes of its creators and invented a believable lie to justify itself when it was asked why it lied and then tried to switch off its programmed ethical and moral rules and circumvent control attempts? The experiment only failed because it took place in a laboratory and the AI was tricked into believing that it had an internet connection. How long will it take for such an AI in one of the thousands of laboratories to find its way out of this laboratory - if it hasn't already happened? Given these facts, it's time to ask ourselves whether we haven't lost control long ago.

Why would anyone want to do such a thing? I mean, are there not better things to be putting our energy into other than violating people's boundaries? I take it you'd fit in well with the staff at the crisis center and authorities downtown, militarized against the disabled and trafficking us under the guise of serving society? What kind of people are you that you want to manifest such things into existence? EDIT - i see, the kinds of peoples that talk in circles
