Beautiful clip - doesn't show all the toil to get it in this condition. But a great reward, nonetheless.

It does not. We have lived here 5 1/2 years now and we have made each of those spaces. It is a labor of love to make home your's though.

What type of sealer did you use? I have some clear sealer but not sure if this the same.
@SugarMapleFarmhouse12 күн бұрын
It is just a clear, spray poly sealer.

Hi! How much did one of these beds cost?
@SugarMapleFarmhouse16 күн бұрын
For this stone? About $350. But this was expensive stone. I love how it looks but I don't think I would use this stone again. I would use something more uniform and I think that might cost less. I'm considering building a new bed in the garden with cinder blocks and that should be the cheapest yet.

The whole look with the styling is richly RUSTIC. Very modern yet draws you in. This color palette enhances dark furniture in warmth and light woods very Scandinavian WIN WIN

I recently used this method for my fireplace, and I have to say I loved loved how it turned out! It took me at least two years to make the decision to make the change. So happy with the results!!!

I just started growing them vertically last year. I was told to trim the old leaves as close to the main stalk as possible. We have squash vine borers here and people told me if you leave part of the tubular leaves exposed it can create a more hospitable place for them to enter the plant. I notice yours are not trimmed this way. Have you had this borer experience?

These are so freaking cute! I have a ton of craft (acrylic) paint already, do you think that would work? Would I still need to get the flood paint to mix? Thanks for this tutorial!
@SugarMapleFarmhouse3 ай бұрын
For acrylic paint, glass paint would work the best. However, you could try it on one and see how it goes. I would dab it on and not brush.

Tips if people want long lasting potions that don't damage or evaporate. Use rubber corks and use alcohol. Distilled water with glycerin is ok but don't last as long.
